10 Years of Croker dominating our hearts

Evil Alien Conquerors is a silly, fun sci-fi film from 2002. I found it on Showtime on Demand randomly back in 2006. Two aliens come to decapitate everyone on earth, and have only a few days and two tiny swords to do it. It's on Netflix now, so go enjoy!!

Chris Benoit Photoshops

From Wrestlecrap.com, and maybe some from TheWrestlingFan.com.

I was just as heartbroken when I learned of Chris' death as anyone, then as confused, hurt, and disgusted by the news that followed about his last days. However, some of these shops, done years later, are actually pretty damn funny so I'm good with celebrating a monster.

R.I.P. Tony Curtis

He passed on September 30th at the age of 85. While Tony had a long and successful career, he will always be remembered to me as Josephine and Junior from the timeless 'Some Like it Hot'.

I'm an asshole when it comes to comics

Read this article, from my local paper about the Silver Scorpion's creation by a group of disabled kids: http://www.tampabay.com/incoming/disabled-youths-construct-new-muslim-comic-book-superhero/1124375

Now, why I'm a douche; the Silver Scorpion is about a guy in a wheelchair that instantly reminds me of Prof X's hoverchair (mixed with The Chief's Battle Chair from Doom Patrol 94). And then his power is to control metal, much like X-Men villain Magneto. but hey, maybe the character is different. It's not like Nazi Holocaust  victim Magneto was influenced by war.

So here's some kids, trying their best to do a good thing for a good reason, and all my cynical comic-fan mind can do is think that this is a huge rip-off and  MY rip-off's of comic characters never made the paper.
